| MOTORCYCLES Pinnacle Protection Plans Protect Your Investment With The Following Benefits: Parts/Labor Reimbursement The Pinnacle Protection Plan provides comprehensive component coverage and pays the retail cost on covered parts and labor. $25 Deductible You pay only the first $25 of the total cost of the Covered component repairs performed during each repair visit. Nationwide Service Repairs can be performed by the dealer who sold you the plan or at any factory authorized repair facility in the United States and Canada. Pickup and Delivery Reimbursement Pickup and delivery reimbursement is available when you breakdown and a covered component disables your motor- cycle/ATV. Claim Payments Direct to Dealers Payments for authorized repairs are made directly to the servicing dealer. This means you don’t need to wait for reimbursement on covered component failures. 60-Day Guarantee You receive a 60-day money-back guarantee that you will be satisfied or receive a full refund. The refund will be subject to individual state laws. Used Plans 12 to 60 Months The Pinnacle Protection Plan covers your used vehicle for a full 12 to 60 months from the purchase date of your vehicle depending on the age of the vehicle and plan selected. All current model year and seven (10) immediately preceding model year on-road vehicles are eligible for the plan. All current model year and (3) immediately preceding model year off-road vehicles are eligible for the plan. Used plan coverage may only be purchased on the same day you purchased your motorcycle or ATV from the dealership. Non-Eligible Products The following products are not eligible for the Pinnacle Protection Plan: On-Road products sold with less than a one (1) year manufacturer’s limited warranty; Off-Road products sold with less than a six (6) month manufacturer’s limited warranty. Used on-road products that are eleven (11) years old and older, used off-road products that are three (3) years old and older (January 1 constitutes a new model year); products primarily used for generating revenue; all rental, products used for or registered for commercial service, products that are modified or raced, used by government agencies or have no serial numbers; rebuilt engines; six cylinder engines. *Plan Terms and Requirements New Plans 36, 48, or 60 Months The Pinnacle Protection Plan covers your new vehicle for a full 36, 48, or 60 months from the manufacturer’s original warranty starting date. New registered, current model year and (3) immediately preceding model year on-road vehicles with a minimum one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty, and off-road vehicles with a minimum six (6) month manufacturer’s limited warranty are eligible for the plan. *A full statement of the coverage, terms, and conditions applying to the manufacturer’s limited warranty on your vehicle has been furnished to your dealer. It is available at the point-of-sale, and is included in the owner’s manual furnished with each vehicle. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Motorcycle and ATV Component Coverage Engine Components All internally lubricated parts including: Valve covers; intake and exhaust manifolds; oil pump; water pump; fan motor; reed valves; and engine mounts; timing gear; timing belt; timing chain; internally lubricated parts of the turbo charger limited to the turbine vanes, shaft, bushings and waste gate. The turbo charger housing, and all internally lubricated parts; turbo charger; waste gate actuator; cylinder head(s), engine block/crankcase and cylinder barrels (If damaged as a result of the failure of an internally lubricated covered engine component). Transmission Components All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case; all gears; bearings; internal drive gears; internal selector mechanism, and transmission mounts. Transmission case if damaged as a result of the failure of an internally lubricated transmission component. (Clutch assembly and cables are excluded). Primary Drive Components All internally lubricated parts (except clutch and hub assemblies) contained within the primary drive case; all gears; bearings; internal drive gears and chains; internal selector mechanism. Primary drive case if damaged as a result of the failure of a covered primary drive component. Drive Axle Assembly Components (Shaft Driven Vehicles and ATV’s) Differential housing; transaxle housings; final drive housing; all internally lubricated parts of the fore-going; axle shafts; constant velocity joints; universal joints; drive shafts; locking hubs; hub bearings; rear hubs (if damaged as a result of the failure of a covered drive axle component); locking rings; supports; retainers; and bearings. Front and Rear Suspension Components All internally lubricated parts contained within the front fork tubes and front hub; swing arm bearings or bushings; front and rear wheel bearings; frame; swing arm; upper and lower control arms; ball joints; king pins and bushings; and spindle. Front fork tubes and front hub if damaged as a result of the failure of a covered suspension component. Steering Components Upper and lower steering stem bearings and bushings; axle; steering stem; handle bar; steering stem nut; and tie rod ends. Steering stem shaft if damaged as a result of the failure of a covered steering component. Brake Components Brake backing plates; brake hubs; disc rotors; disc calipers; master cylinder assembly; hydraulic lines and fittings; drum brake actuating cam; and securing hardware. ( Brake shoes and disc brake pads are not covered at anytime). Electrical Components Coil(s); manually operated switches; rectifiers; starter; starter solenoids; stator; rotors; magneto; alternator/generator; voltage regulator; electronic ignition control modules; electronic fuel injection control module and its sensors; wiring harness; and cooling fan motor. Gauges All factory instrumentation (mechanical and electronic) and electronic instrument sensors. (Light bulbs are excluded). Fuel System Components Fuel tank; fuel delivery pump; petcock; fuel lines and fittings. (Metal only). Touring Bikes (a) Digital dash components. (b) Control cables.
